That matches what I saw—loader stayed offline until I rolled back one overlay toggle.

Check the live status banner before changing configs. Patch days can invalidate old presets.
Learn the manual sequence first; that makes it much easier to spot when a configuration is mistimed.
Solved on my end with the conservative defaults. Leaving this up in case someone else hits it.
